Production Capacity Expansion Project
Our new production line is now operational, increasing our monthly capacity by 50%. The expansion project, which began in June 2023, represents an investment of over $15 million and adds 20,000 square meters of manufacturing space to our main facility.
The new production line features state-of-the-art German manufacturing equipment and automated quality control systems that ensure precision and consistency in every glass panel produced. This expansion allows ZJH Glass to meet growing demand across Asian and European markets while maintaining our industry-leading quality standards.
"This investment significantly enhances our ability to serve larger projects and reduce lead times for our customers," said Li Jian, ZJH Glass CEO. "The advanced technology we've implemented also reduces energy consumption by 30% compared to conventional glass production methods."
The expansion has created 120 new jobs in manufacturing, logistics, and technical roles, further strengthening ZJH's position as a major employer in the region. Additional training programs have been established to ensure all team members are fully qualified to operate the new equipment.
With this increased capacity, ZJH Glass is now accepting orders for large-scale architectural projects with delivery schedules starting from April 2024.
